1. What is Goccia's shipping policy?
We are currently shipping exclusively within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order’s progress.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We hope to expand our reach to other countries in the future.

We take great care to ensure your bottle arrives in perfect condition. If you find that your bottle is damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at support@goccia.us with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Currently, we do not offer custom engravings or personalizations for the Goccia bottle. However, we provide a range of vibrant colors to choose from, so you can select the one that best fits your style.
8. Is there a warranty on Goccia bottles?
Yes, we offer a one-year limited warranty on all Goccia bottles against defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience any issues with your bottle within the first year, please reach out to us at support@goccia.us for assistance.
